Drive-up Banking: Our drive up window is open M-Th 8:30AM – 4:30PM, F 8:30AM-6:00PM, and Sat. 8:30AM-12:00PM.  Feel free to stop by for loan, deposit, or other financial needs.  Call us with additional questions.

Online Banking: Continue to bank online as you always have — and remember to check our website for how to contact us regarding special programs and financial advice and assistance.

Phone Banking: Your debit and credit cards always include a phone number for customer service centers, and you can always call us directly, too. A representative will help answer your questions or direct your call to someone who can. You may experience longer waiting times than usual due to higher call volumes.

Mobile Banking: Many transactions can be completed on mobile banking apps, from monitoring your accounts, to depositing checks, or to sending money to other people. If you have not installed the app for the Bank of Gibson City, search the Apple and Google app stores or our website for additional details.  Feel free to call with questions.

ATM Banking: We are taking extra steps keeping the ATM clean, safe and fully operational for conducting everyday banking transactions.

  1. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

For personal loan and mortgage customers, Bank of Gibson City is offering several payment deferral options for qualifying customers with loans, including but not limited to, personal, auto, and more.  There will not be a credit bureau impact for granted deferrals.  A variety of options are available for qualifying Bank of Gibson City mortgage customers.  These options include payment relief for up to 12 months and waiver of late fees.  In addition, to help keep individuals in their homes, Bank of Gibson City is halting foreclosures sales and evictions of borrowers until at least June 1, 2020.

For commercial clients and small businesses, the Bank of Gibson City is doing all it can to assist during this period of economic disruption.  Various six-month modification programs with opt-ins from the customer in 90-day intervals are available, including 90-day interest only and 90-day deferral of term loan payments.  SBA program options will also be offered as they become available.  Please see additional details listed below.

  1. Financial Assistance Programs for Small Business:

Paycheck Protection Program

This SBA program provides 8 weeks of cash flow assistance through 100% federally guaranteed loans to small employers who maintain their payroll during the crisis. The size of the loans would equal 250% of an employer’s average monthly payroll up to a maximum loan amount of $10 million. Covered payroll costs include salary, wages, and payment of cash tips, employee group health care benefits, including insurance premiums, retirement contributions and covered leave.

Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL).

The SBA’s EIDL Program provides eligible small businesses with working capital loans of up to $2 million to help overcome the temporary loss of revenue.
